Considered an economic philosopher, he is a professor at the University of Tokyo and one of the editors of the monumental complete edition of the Works of Marx and Engels. His books have had a huge international impact and have been translated into many languages: Karl Marx&#8217;s Eco-Socialism, first published in 2017 (and published in Italy by Castelvecchi), made him the youngest winner of the Deutscher Memorial Prize.
