A former professional basketball player, called up to the Italian Youth National Team at 15 and a star player in Serie B for years, he brings to his professional life the same approach that shaped him in sport: discipline, vision, resilience, and continuous growth.
With a degree in Economics and Business Management, he specialized in business development, strategic marketing, and relationship marketing, beginning his career in consulting, communications, and sports management at organizations such as Forte Village.
He quickly found his calling: helping people, professionals, and organizations unlock their potential by combining education, sport, and innovation.
From this vision, he created: the Parrot English Method language school, Innoversity Business School, and Innoversity Sport Business School, through which he trains entrepreneurs, companies, students, and athletes, integrating soft skills, human productivity, and managerial skills.
He is the creator of the first Master in Sports Business in Sardinia and founder of the Rebound Street format, which combines streetball, urban sports, music, and street art to promote inclusion, urban regeneration, and combat school dropout.
He is also the creator of Sport Summit Sardegna, an event that brings together sport, businesses, institutions, and the local community, with the aim of promoting sport as a lever for economic, social, and cultural development.
In the associative world, he holds leadership roles: he is President of BNI Karalis, one of the most active professional networking organizations in Sardinia, and a director of Confcommercio Sud Sardegna, where he works for the development of businesses and young entrepreneurs, and director of the Polisportiva Esperia.
His work today focuses on creating connections, projects, and experiences that combine sport, education, and impact, contributing to the growth of people and communities.
