Paolo Sorrentino is a professor at IULM University in Milan and an expert in the semiotic analysis of glocalization processes. He collaborates with Sapienza University of Rome, LUMSA, the University of Cagliari, IED, and the Costume & Fashion Academy of Rome and Milan. He has held research fellowships for the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, Sapienza University of Rome, and the University of Cagliari. His latest publications include: Rome. A Small Symbolic History (with F. Sedda, 2019).
